If you are coming to downtown Vancouver, take the free shuttle bus from Canada Place in the summer. The bus to Gouse Mountain leaves about every 20-30 minutes and leaves from downtown Vancouver at Canada Place.
If you're wondering what to do in downtown Vancouver, Robson Street is a great place to visit. Follow the waterfront and within 20 minutes you'll see some of the best views of downtown Vancouver and the city skyline from Gouse Mountain.
Granville Island is located south of downtown Vancouver and is located on the False Creek Peninsula, which separates it from the rest of the city. From Granville Street and downtown, you have a great view of the Vancouver skyline.
Although there are no sights to see, downtown Vancouver is a great place to shop, and you should not miss the Granville Island Public Market. You'll find that a tour of Granville Market is one of the most authentic ways to experience Vancouver.
