North Garden Inn, The
This dramatic Victorian perched on a hillside near Western Washington University is popular with visitors to the school.About half the 10 rooms have excellent views of Bellingham Bay. The hosts are musicians, and the room names reflect that: Adagio, Madame Butterfly, Overture.... The two rooms with a shared bath are particularly good values, although all the rates are moderate.
