Aran Foods Inc. is also known as The Spelt Bakery!

 The Spelt Bakery had it's origins at the East Vancouver Farmer's Market in Vancouver, BC, Canada in the summer of 1998. In December of 1998 we opened a retail bakery on Nanaimo Street in Vancouver. Less than two years later we moved to the Commercial Drive neighbourhhood where we have been ever since.
